CakeDesign.art is an AI-powered platform that generates custom cake designs and recipes based on user text prompts. We offer tiered access levels:
- Free Tier: Limited daily generations, standard quality images with watermarks, and personal use license only.
- Pro Tier: Increased daily generation limits, high-definition watermark-free images, access to full recipes, and commercial usage rights.
3. User Accounts
While you can explore parts of the Service without an account, certain features (such as saving designs or accessing premium generations) require you to register via our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
You own the commercial rights to the images you generate using our Service, provided you have complied with these Terms. You may use the generated cake designs for any purpose, including:
- Sharing on social media.
- Use in your professional portfolio.
- Showing to bakers for real-world creation.
- Commercial marketing materials.
5. Payments and Refunds
Some features of the Service are paid. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified fees.
- Billing: Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- Refunds: As stated in our Pricing policy, sales are generally non-refundable due to the immediate costs of AI generation, except as required by applicable law or in cases of technical failure where the service was not delivered.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.
6. User Obligations
By using our Service, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Generate content that is sexually explicit, hateful, or promotes violence.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
- Violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Circumvent rate limits or create multiple free accounts to exceed usage allowances.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for high-quality generations, AI outputs can be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that the generated designs will be physically possible to bake or that the recipes provided will be error-free. Always use professional judgment when baking.
8. Limitation of Liability
CakeDesign.art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
